Please Note: Outlook 2016,2019 and Microsoft 365 are now only supported, if you have an earlier version you will need to upgrade
Step 1
Click on the Windows Start Menu icon
Step 2
Search for Control Panel in the search box, then click Control Panel in the search results under Best Match

Search for Mail using the search bar in the right of the control panel

Click Mail (Microsoft Outlook) (Ignore the 32-bit in brackets)

Click Add...
Step 6
Enter a Profile Name, this can be set to anything and click OK

Check Manual setup or additional server types then click Next

Check POP or IMAP then click Next

Complete the following
- Your Name: Your Name or Display Name
- Email Address: Your Email Address
- Account Type: Select POP or IMAP (IMAP is recommended)
- POP
- Incoming mail server: pop.mse2010.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.mse2010.com
- IMAP (Recommended)
- Incoming mail server: imap.mse2010.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.mse2010.com
- Username: Your Email Address
- Password: Your Password

Click More Settings ...

Click the Outgoing Server tab and tick My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

Please update the port settings as per the account type - Very Important
POP
Under Incoming server (POP3) tick This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)
Under Outgoing server (SMTP) change the port from 25 to 587
Change Use the following type of encrypted connection to STARTTLS
The press OK
IMAP
Under Incoming server (IMAP) change Use the following type of encrypted connection to SSL/TLS
Under Outgoing server (SMTP) change the port from 25 to 587
Change Use the following type of encrypted connection to STARTTLS
The press OK

Click Next
Step 14
Allow your account and settings to be tested once compete click Close

Click Finish to complete the setup
