How to Open a Ticket

Login to https://portal.simplyms.com/myaccount/clientarea.php


Click Open Ticket



Choose the Department you would like to contact



A new Open Ticket will open



Enter the following below
Subject
Related Service (If applicable)



Message
Attachments (If applicable)



Click Submit



View an Open/Closed Support Ticket


Make sure you are still signed into the SMS Portal, click Support then Tickets



View your open and closed support ticket history
