How to Open a Ticket with Support or Accounts

Step 1

Log onto the SMS portal (https://portal.simplyms.com/) by clicking Account and Login 

  

 

Step 2

Enter your Email Address and Password, then click Login

 

Step 3
Click Support then Tickets

 

Step 4
Click Open Ticket

 

Step 5

Choose a department, Technical Support or Accounts

 

Step 6

Complete the following, then click Submit

  • Subject
  • Message - Include as much detail about the issue or query as possible
  • Attachments - Click Choose File to include a file and click Add More if you have more than one file to send
  • Sensitive Data - If you need to send us a password, please use the sensitive data field

 

Step 7

Your ticket has now been raised, click Continue to finish

 

Step 8

If you need to add any additional information or want to reply, click Reply
