How to add an External Contact

 

Hosted Exchange 2013 is closing you will have been contacted by us to arrange your free upgrade to Office 365, if you have not been contacted please call 01925 818 448 (Mon-Fri 9-5) to arrange your free upgrade to Office 365

Step 1

Log onto the SMS portal (https://portal.simplyms.com/) by clicking Account and Login 

  

 

Step 2

Enter your Email Address and Password, then click Login

 

Step 3

Click Services

 

Step 4

Click Microsoft Email



 

Step 5

Under Hosted Exchange, Click Contacts

 

Step 6

Click Create

 

Step 7

Complete the following, then click Confirm

  • Display Name
  • External Email Address
  • Company Name (Domain Name of the organisation you want the contact to be associated with)

 

Step 8

Please allow 15 minutes for the external contact to be added
