- Click the bottom-left Start button to open the Start Menu, type control panel in the search box and select Control Panel in the results
- Type Mail in the search box in the top right and then click Mail
- Click Show Profiles (If show profiles isn’t present, go to them next step)
- Click Add and give the profile a name then press OK
For Outlook 2010 and 2013
- Select manual setup or additional server types and click next
- Enter your name and email address

- Account Type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: imap.exchange.simply.ms
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.exchange.simply.ms
Exchange 2013 - (For all new/existing Exchange Basic customers and customers upgrading from NexGen)
Server Information
- Account Type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: imap.mse2010.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.mse2010.com
- Select More Settings
- Select Outgoing Server, and tick My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
- Select Advanced and update the port number for your platform
Exchange 2010 SP1 (Legacy Platform)
Server Port Numbers
- Incoming server (IMAP): 143
- Outgoing server (SMTP): 587
- Encrypted connections set to None
Exchange 2013 - (For new/existing Exchange Basic customers and customers upgrading from NexGen)
Server Port Numbers
- Incoming server (IMAP): 993
- Outgoing server (SMTP): 587
- Incoming Encryption method SSL
- Outgoing Encryption method TLS
- Press OK and next to complete setup
- Wait for the two green ticks and press close
- Click Next then Finish
For Outlook 2016
- Enter your email address and click Advanced Options
- Tick the box Let me set up my account manually and click Connect
- Select IMAP as the account type
- Enter the server details for your platform as below and click connect

- Enter your password when prompted and press OK
- Once setup is complete, press OK
