Outlook 2011

  1. Click Tools and Accounts

     

  2. Click Exchange Account

     

  3. Enter your email address, username (Email address) and password, then Click Add Account

     

  4. You will be prompted with this alert, check the box Always use my response for this server and click Allow

     

  5. Wait for the amber dot to go green, once this has happened your mailbox is setup

    Outlook 2016

    Outlook 2016 for mac is only compatible with mailboxes hosted on Exchange 2013 or higher, 2010 SP1 mailboxes are not supported

     

  6. Click Outlook and Preference

     

  7. Click Accounts

     

  8. Select Exchange or Office 365

     

  9. Enter your email address, username (Email address) and password then click Add Account

     

  10. If prompted for the server please enter https://exchange.mse2010.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx and click Add account

     

  11. You will be prompted with this alert, check the box Always use my response for this server and click Allow

     

  12. Wait for the amber dot to go green, once this has happened your mailbox is setup
