Exchange - iPhone and iPad


+Firstly Go to Setting and select Accounts and Passwords

+Select Accounts & Passwords

+Select Add Account

+Select Exchange

+Enter your email address and description, then click Next

+Click Configure Manually and enter your password, then click Next

+Now enter your username as the email address and the server address, then press Next

+For Exchange 2010 SP1 enter
+For Exchange 2013 enter

+Check all services you want enabled and click Save

Still having problems? try switching the device off and on and/or toggling the wifi off and on and try the setup again
