How to Reset a Forgotten Password

 

    • Click My Account

 

    • Choose Login from the drop-down

 

    • Enter your billing email address and password, then click Login

 

  • Click My Account

 

  • Choose Forgot Password?

 

  • Enter your billing email address and click Submit

 

  • You will see this confirmation to advise a validation email has been sent

  • Please click the password reset link in the email you receive

     

  • Enter a new password and confirm on the Lost Password Reset page, then click Save Changes

 

  • Your password will now be reset
