Important Note: In order to make and receive phone calls from other telephone numbers you'll need either a business voice subscription or an active phone system/calling plan added to your office 365 account.
Step 1
During a call click the Three Dotts
Step 2
Click Consult then transfer
Step 3
Enter the Name or Number of the person you want to consult with
Step 4
Click the Person or Number highlighted, then click Chat
Step 5
If you consulting with a person already on Microsoft Teams
A chat window will open so you can send a message, once finished click Transfer
Step 6
If you are consulting with a person where you have dialled a number
A new call window will open and the number will be dialled, once finish click Transfer
