How to Reset a Mailbox Password on Hosted Exchange

  • Log into

  • Click Services


  • Click your hosted exchange package (This will be different from what is shown)


  • Under Hosted Exchange, Click Mailboxes


  • Click the padlock icon (You may need to scroll across to see the padlock icon)


  • Enter and Confirm your new password **Please note the $ symbol is an unsupported character** 


  • Click Confirm


  • Please allow up to 10 minutes for your password reset to complete
